I started McKague Immigration after spending over seven years  as a Border Services Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency, where I worked across three provinces and four ports of entry.

The majority of my career was focused on processing various applications for immigration status at the port-of-entry including visitors, workers, students, and corporate immigration applications.

During my time with CBSA, I also completed two assignments processing irregular refugee claims in Quebec, which gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges many people face when seeking safety and opportunity in Canada.

My time in this role afforded me first-hand training on how to assess various applications against operational manuals and relevant legislation to determine eligibility for different immigration programs. I now use the skills I developed to help people navigate the complex immigration system in Canada.

At McKague Immigration, my goal is simple: to offer clear, honest, and compassionate guidance so that clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
